We are very proud of our hotel kitchen, the place where quality and love of simplicity and nature merge to produce unique dishes, which are genuine and savoury.
Family Girardi prefer in fact to use organic vegetable and fruit, which are produced on the spot, for the dishes in their hotel. Silvano himself, the owner of the house, chooses directly olive oil and vegetables. He follows strictly the rules of the biological agriculture and avoids using chemical fertilizers for his products. In that way they keep all their taste and fragrance by cooking and consequently the dishes come out savoury and wholesome.
Besides regional specialities from the areas of Brescia and Trento the rich menu proposes also a large selection of Italian traditional receipts together with a choice of salads on the buffet. Of course, excellent local wine will match all the dishes.

All those, who want to eat à la carte, are enabled to flavour their dishes comfortably at a table on the wide terrace outdoor where they will be surrounded by a very striking atmosphere.
